Become an Affiliate

Affiliate memberships are for businesses that wish to reach Oregon Chiropractic Association members throughout the year. Affiliate members have priority access to advertising in our journal, website and additionally, depending on your level of affiliate membership, have special access to our annual convention.

$5000.00 per year

• 1 = Journal DISPLAY Ad = FULL page color = 8.5″ x 11″ (Quarterly publication)
• 4 = Your seminar/events (up to 4 per year) posted on our website and email blast to members
• 1 = Opportunity to suggest a speaker you would like to sponsor at Annual Convention
• 1 = Website ad = with link to your own website (Affiliate Page and Links Page)
• 1  = Booth – 2024 convention / included (Virtual Listing/Link or Live Event Booth)
• Listing in convention Packets (Goes out to Profession) ***

$2500.00 per year

• 1 = Journal DISPLAY Ad = 2/3 page color = 8.5″ x 8″ (Quarterly publication)
• 2 = Your seminar/events (up to 2 per year) posted on our website & email blast to members
• 1 = Opportunity to suggest a speaker you would like to sponsor for Annual Convention
• 1 = Website ad = with link to your own website (Affiliate Page and Links Page)
• 1 Booth 2024 convention / included (Virtual Listing/Link or Live Event Booth)
• Listing in convention Packets (Goes out to Profession) ***

$1500.00 per year

• 1 = Journal DISPLAY Ad = 1/2 page color = 8.5″ x 5.5″ (Quarterly publication)
• 1 = Your seminar/event (1 per year) posted on our website (additional fee for email blast)
• 1 = Opportunity to suggest a speaker you would like to sponsor for Annual Convention
• 1 = Website ad = with link to your own website (Affiliate Page and Links Page)
• 1 Booth 2024 annual convention / included (Virtual Listing/Link or Live Event Booth)
• Listing in convention Packets (Goes out to Profession) ***

$1000.00 per year

• 1 = Journal DISPLAY Ad = 1/3 page color = 8.5″ x 3.6875″ (Quarterly publication)
• 1 = Website Ad = with link to your own website (Affiliate Page and Links Page)
• 1 = Booth 2024 convention / 50% off (Virtual Listing/Link or Live Event booth) @ 50% = $400 (**space as available**)
• Listing in convention Packets (Goes out to Profession)***

$500.00 per year

• 1 = Journal Business listing in Annual Edition (Upgrade available for a display ad at current rates)
• 1 = Website Ad = with link to your own website (Affiliate Page and Links Page)
• Booth 2024 convention (Virtual Listing/Link or Live Event booth) = $100 off (**space as available**)
• Listing in Convention & new members packets

Suggested speaker requests must be submitted to the OCA Convention committee by June 30, 2023.  This is an opportunity to request — not a guaranteed speaker. 

Topic, outline, CV & photo of speaker must be submitted with the request to sponsor a speaker. Speaker choices are a decision of the committee and must be approved by the OCA Board.

OCA Journal is produced Quarterly in full color – all DISPLAY ads are now in color at no additional charge

**Ad sizes may be upgraded to a larger size for an additional fee**

ADS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN CORRECT SIZE (as listed above) and FORMAT (.jpg, .png or .pdf with appropriate bleed & crop marks)
